Oct 13, 2003	- I forgot --sysconfdir=/etc in the original revision of the
		  howto.  If you installed it without that, zap
		  /usr/etc/gconf/schemas/*evolution*.  If those were the
		  only files in that directory, remove it.  If the parent
		  directory (/usr/etc/gconf) is empty after that, remove it
		  as well.
		- Added something to handle the temporary renaming of
		  commonly found db.h files (and renaming them back)
