Jan 12, 2005	- Put mozpluggerrc in /etc/ instead of /usr/local/etc/
Jan 11, 2005	- Split off from the mozilla howto
		- 1.5.2 -> 1.7.1
		- Updated to install for mozilla, firefox, opera, netscape
		  and in several different possible locations
		- When installing a config file, copy the old one (if there
		  is one) to pluggerrc.old first
