		- The cracklib tarball is unfortunately set with 700 perms
		  for /usr and the subdirectories that it's files are
		  installed under, so extract it to a temporary directory and
		  then move the files into place.  You can tell tar to ignore
		  the permissions in the tarball, but I would imagine that
		  won't work with all versions under all platforms, so I do
		  it "manually".
