		- Instead of creating a Makefile.gtk Makefile symlink, just
		  use 'make -f' instead
		- Because we do that, we can't use 'make install-strip'
		  (because it won't pass 'make -f Makefile.gtk' to it), so
		  we run what it would run to handle 'make install' with strip
		- Removed the part that strips the man pages out of the
		  Makefile, they exist now
