		  other recently updated howtos)
		- MySQL-python 0.9.2 -> 1.0.0
		- Removed MySQL-python's patch, no longer necessary
		- mxDateTime 2.0.4 -> 2.0.6
		- cvsgraph 1.3.0 -> 1.5.1
		- Updated prerequisites
		- Instead of using cp to install the componants of cvsgraph,
		  use install
		- Install cvsgraph.conf as cvsgraph.conf.new if there is
		  already one and it's different than the sample
		- Look for /usr/local/apache2/cgi-bin first and install
		  viewcvs.cgi there, if that doesn't exist then put it in
		  /usr/local/apache/cgi-bin
