Dec 22, 2003	- Added changelog, homepage link
		- Set to reuse tarball for re-installing
		- Create ~/installed with mode 700
		- Instead of adding db3's bin dir to the PATH by adding a

		- Only add the lib dir to /etc/ld.so.conf if it's not
		  already in there
		- Added notes about versions that come with Slack
		- If /usr/include/db.h is a symlink, kill it, if it's not,
		  back it up to ~/backup/db3/
		- Clean up old versions' source directories
		- Added (obvious) prerequisites
		- Added a link to the db4 howto
		- Added 'removepkg db3' before 'make install'
		- Added two configure options that Slackware uses:
--enable-compat185 (db 1.85 compatibility API) and
		  --enable-rpc (build the rpc client/server)
		- Added notes about prefix /usr vs. /usr/local/BerkeleyDB.3.3
		- Added two patches, a link to the 3.1.1 patches page
