Sep 9, 2003	- I know they're an understaffed non-profit organization,
		  but the version 2.5.1 tarballs _still_ haven't been
		  verified since ftp.gnu.org was cracked (they noticed in
		  August, it happened in March).  I downgraded the howto
		  to version 2.5  If 2.5.1 shows up in there in the future,
		  the sha1sum that I have for it is:
		  551db1f0014e44d428e1c3482ac9418ff5d15950
		  FYI, the NEWS file in grep's cvs at savannah.gnu.org _does_
		  mention 2.5.1 (a bugfix release with no new features).
		  (the delay is more likely due to the grep author(s) than
		  anyone at gnu.org)
		- I also changed it from a .tar.bz2 to a .tar.gz, that's the
		  only one they have a verified md5sum for
		- Remove /usr/bin/egrep and /usr/bin/fgrep before running
		  'make install' so it doesn't complain
