		- Put the fonts into /usr/share/ghostscript instead of
		  /usr/local/share/ghostscript
		- Changed the espgs prefix from /usr/local to /usr
		- Added removal of /usr/share/doc/hpijs-* dirs (done after
		  removepkg is called, in case removepkg leaves the blank
		  dir there or something like that)
Jul 1, 2003	- 1.1.18 -> 1.1.19, added md5sum verification of tarball
		- espgs (their modified ghostscript) 7.05.5 -> 7.05.6,
		  md5sum verification of it, removepkg of ghostscript and
		  gs_x11
		- Added --prefix=/usr/local to building it, otherwise it
		  uses the word NONE for the prefix...
		- Added removepkg of gsfonts, creation of
		  /usr/local/share/ghostscript if it does not exist
		- hpijs 1.3 -> 1.4.1, added removepkg hpijs
